Application of Adhesives in Thermal Power Plant Electricity Industry

Inorganic high-temperature glue is composed of inorganic high-temperature materials, water-based environmental protection, high temperature resistance, no hair generation, stable chemical composition, refractoriness, erosion resistance, erosion resistance, high bonding strength, good adhesion, convenient construction and use, etc. It is suitable for refractory products with small gaps and well-sealed furnaces and kilns with high bonding strength. Zhisheng Weihua ZS-1071 high temperature resistant inorganic refractory adhesive has been successfully used in rotary kilns, drying furnaces, combustion chambers in the cement industry; heating furnaces, melting furnaces in the machinery industry; electric furnaces, roasting furnaces, blast furnaces in the metallurgical and chemical industries ;Tunnel kiln in the ceramic industry; bonding of graphite powder and metal powder; various kilns such as boilers in the thermal power industry, ZS-1071 high temperature resistant inorganic refractory adhesive is the best refractory adhesive mud higher. Composition: The coating is composed of high temperature resistant inorganic silicate modified solution as film-forming material, and rare earth oxides such as yttrium oxide, lanthanum oxide, cerium oxide, neodymium oxide and zirconium powder are added as fillers. Mechanism: The solution used in the high temperature resistant inorganic binder is re-chelated after high temperature modification. The modified solution has better stability under high temperature conditions, better film formation, and improved density and hardness. Adding powder fillers requires high temperature and high pressure treatment of dispersed silicon carbide, rare earth oxides, zirconium powder, etc., which have high linear expansion coefficient at high temperature and strong resistance to oxygen and sulfur gas corrosion. In particular, after the coating is cured at room temperature and sintered at a high temperature above 300°C, the volume will shrink by between 3% and 5%, the coating will become denser, and the bond strength will be higher. Performance: The cured and formed coating film has a high temperature resistance of 2200 °C, and can maintain good thermal stability, bonding performance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance in a high temperature environment. And it can be directly applied under the condition of high temperature 400℃-1000℃, and the film performance is not affected.
